Associate Stylists at Shear Kolors are individuals that have successfully completed a Cosmetology course and are ready to start extensive training with an established stylist at Shear Kolors Hair Design Studio.  We are excited to be able to offer this program to you and to new stylists.

The Shear Kolors Associate Stylist Program has four levels and it is our belief that a new stylist that graduates from the program will have the equivalent of a Masters Degree in Cosmetology.  Our Associate Stylists are not considered assistants that are "used" but instead Associates that are "taught" by our top stylists.

Within the Associate Stylist Program we also look for models to receive services from the Associate Stylist while they work their way through the program.  Keep in mind that all Associate Stylists have graduated from a Cosmetology course and this program is simply a requirement from Shear Kolors Hair Design Studio in order for a new stylist to earn the right to stand behind our chairs.  If you are interested in being a model for one of our Associate Stylists and you meet ALL of the following requirements, please visit our "Events" page to find out when our Model Call Meetings are, then give us a call to sign up for one of the meetings.

Model Requirements:

1 - Attend one of our Model Call meetings

2 - Not currently a customer at Shear Kolors Hair Design Studio

3 - Be willing to have services performed by one of our  Associate  Stylists (the Associates assigned educator will be present during all services
