First & foremost, I believe that every single client has the RIGHT to be treated in a professional, courteous & friendly manner.  It is my job, as a Licensed Cosmetologist, to make every client feel welcome.  I also believe that every client has a RIGHT to have services performed by a licensed professional that is knowledgeable & able to perform the task at hand.

#2:  Consultations!
Every one one of my services start with a consultation.  During the consultation, I find out what you are wanting, what your likes & dislikes are, problems you may be having with your hair, what you are willing/not willing to do in terms of styling your hair, etc.  Also, during the consultation if I discover that what I did last time didn't meet your expectations, I will do the best I can to make the next service meet your expectations.
#3:  I try to educate my clients!
I will take the time to teach you how to style and take care of your hair at home as well as which products are the right ones for your hair.  If you ever have a question about any service or technique that I am doing, I will take the time to explain the service or technique to you in a way that you will understand.
#4:  You can contact me anytime!
On this web site & on my business cards you will find the salon number, my cell number & my e-mail address.  If you call the salon & I am not there, you are always welcome to call me on my cell number or e-mail me.
#5:  I always try to be accommodating!
When making your appointment, I always try to make your appointment convient for you.  However, to make sure that you do get your most convient appointment day & time, I do suggest that you make your appointment ahead of time.
#6:  I always try to confirm your appointment!
I always try to call the day before your appointment to remind you of the appointment.
#7:  Discounts, specials, etc.
I always try to make taking care of your hair affordable.  I have several money saving programs for you to take advantage of.  I have also created this web site specifically for you.
#8:  I celebrate your birthday with you!
During the month of your birthday, you will receive a birthday card from me with a small gift.  Be sure you have filled out a client info sheet when you are in the salon.
#9:  I offer special occasion promotions!
For special occasions throughout the year (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, etc.), I offer special promotions.  Just another way for my clients to save on their hair care services!
